Harden is "THE" PG of this team. PG tends to get little to none assisted points, especially ball-hog players like Harden.
Harden is the actual coach. And McHail is just the adviser or speculator.

Agreed. Offensively, what he often did is dribbling the clock out and then passed to someone when 3 seconds left or so. Not to mention defense.
