I have an issue with his mental approach, and the way he needs to deflect criticism after a bad game. Reminds me of McGrady in some ways ...

I'd like to see more of a maturity in his game next year, and him being more accountable for the effort he's putting in. And the organization needs to do a better job of putting players and a system around him that doesn't require him to dominate the ball so much and sap his energy.

    Dude is mentally fragile

When things are not going his way, often times he throws in the towel. He lacks the mental fortitude right now to be the #1 guy. He folds under pressure several times.

That and all strip clubs need to be closed before game day

I like Conley but he is not a player maker.

Correct me if I'm wrong but when he starts to struggle on the court, McHale doesn't set up a play to have him score easily to get going. It's usually just left up to Harden to get himself out of a slump and that usually is him ISO'ing for 15secs.

It's on Harden as well to overcome his slumps but the coach can help him by drawing up plays to give him different scoring opportunities.
