    pelicans are going to make this a series imo. they're gonna do better then what a lot of people think. I think they can take it to 6 or 7 games.

    I wonder if the media will mention how Steph isn't even the best player on the court (cough cough Anthony Davis) for his 1st round matchup, if he were to win the MVP...

    I would really like to see the Pelicans upset the Warriors here.

    I've really grown to dislike the Warriors and it would be nice to see them bounced by an 8 seed. Plus, even though they are a division foe, I like a lot of guys on the Pelicans and they seem to really want it.

    Should be a fun, close series but I also think it will be a short one. I actually think the Pelicans match up pretty good against the Warriors, but I don't see the Pelicans overcoming the Warriors outside shooting.

    I thought with the Mark Jackson led Warriors that they would end up a rival so I started hating them too

    Pelicans with Davis 1-1 vs. Warriors, this series could get interesting but I still take Warriors in 5.

    I watched the second half of last nights game and it was a fun game to watch. Davis didn't shoot well from mid-range but otherwise played spectacular. Great defense from both him and Asik. Holliday is getting back into form and Gordon played well the last 3 min. Evan created all kinds of match-up problems last night. They really do have a nice 7 man rotation. Pop started doing Hack a Asik and Asik made 3 of 6. What was interesting was that the Pelicans were gases but the Hack a Boring strategy gave them a break. They were able to turn the defense back on after they took out Asik. Great game, the playoffs started one game early this year!

    By the way, coaches should turn around and Hack a Duncan...he doesn't shoot well down the stretch. I don't know why coaches are scared to flip the script on Pop.

    Jrue's health is the key to the series and whether the Pelicans can steal a game or two IMO

    GSW in 6. I think the Pellies split the first four games, then lose 2 in a row.
