We have a 2 month old baby. If I spray myself then is it safe to hold the baby? I guess technically you can put the spray on a baby from what I read but I dont want the baby to get it on his hands by grabbing me and then put it in his mouth or eyes.
I fog the yard and spray. I just don't enjoy going through 3 $10 cans of fogger every weekend just to sit on the upstairs patio.
i bathe in mosquito repellant every morning before i take my dog out, and then throughout the day. i live on a bayou and when i go outside without any there are probably 10-15 mosquitoes constantly biting me. tough to get to sleep with dozens of itchy welts all over your body. i go through cans.
Yup, did that exact thing. Most certianly helped. Just freaked us out the first morning he woke up with one of them!
was at my cousin's house over the weekend and he mentioned there's an android app that supposedly repels mosquitos by using high frequency.. no idea on whether it works though... i highly doubt it.
Those high freq gadgets don't work. They've been around for years. The only thing that stops bites is long sleeved shirts and pants or insect repellent gel that makes you feel sticky.
Haven't seen any yet, but with all the rain and now warm temps....it's going to get bad. Just finished an hour or so walk in Sugar Land, no sign of them yet.
MOTHAF*****G HOUSTON TRAFFIC!!!!!!! Every dang time that 610 loop flooded with cars dawg!!!! I'm trying to get home, hurry yo ass up cars!!!
So are mosquitos essential to life? I hate bees, but I realize that we would be screwed without them.
I'm waiting for this to be commercialized: http://www.nbcnews.com/watch/nbc-news/watch-laser-zap-this-mosquito-407811651903 When I lived in Texas, I could not go out after dusk without being swarmed by these things. I actually had to wear mosquito net clothing if I wanted to work in my yard.
