[2014-15] Jeremy Lin as a Los Angeles Laker

I think the TO average of Curry is higher than Lin's. The GSW team has one of the highest TOs in the league but trying to clamp down on it.

 

Just saying that only Lin is criticized harshly for turnovers but there are more turnover prone players than him. That's all.

Are there more turnover prone players than Lin? Yes. Are Curry and Harden on that list? No

Going off Hollingers numbers Lin is the 71st worst player in turnover rate out 356 qualified players.

 

I thought I had seen it all but this is taking it to a new comedic level.

Lets compare Jeremy Lin turnovers to NBA MVP candidates Steph Curry and James Harden.

• Never mind the fact that they get those numbers while playing heavy minutes.
• Never mind the fact that the OFFENSE goes through them.
• Never mind the fact that they go up against the team's BEST defender every night.
• Never mind the fact that other team's entire defense is drawn up to contain them.
• Never mind the fact that they contribute in multitude other ways.
• Never mind the fact that you are going against what everybody knows. Put the defensive pressure and Lin has the tendency to cough it up.

Oddly, all those players except Parker are actually younger than Jeremy Lin and none of them have ever run fourth string on one of the worst teams in the league. Sobering thought I know.
