Left State Farm last year after 22 years. I was sick to death of their rate hikes out of nowhere for no reason, at least none given to me. They were EXCELLENT though if you got into an accident. Always on top of things. I'm now with Travelers, can't complain one bit.

The better question is how much do you pay?

I shop on everything I buy. Liability on my 2006 Infinity G35 is only $32.

Cheaper than my motorcycle which is only $34.

I use Geico for Auto and Progressive in the Woodlands for MC.

Jontro Auto Insurance is a pretty good one. I hear it's run by Jerry Lin and company.

Texas Farm Bureau for 5+ years

Was with State Farm for almost 15 years with no problems. Had a friend go to work for Farm Bureau. He asked if I would listen to what he had to offer and he gave a better deal. I went back to State farm to see if they would match and they could not. Had one claim with each and no problems or questions about getting them taken care of.

I have the worst insurance in the world. ACCC. However, it is all I can afford.

I switched from Geico to Amica 4 years ago when we bought a new car. The savings was just too much.

Geico is absolutely awesome though. They will always be #1 in my book. Was with them over 20 years but they kept gradually raising my rates and I got tired of it. Gave them a chance to match and they refused to even come close.

This is definitely the way to go if you live outside of Harris County.

Geico for about 5 years. Been happy ever since. Before that I had no insurance because I was 15, so I have no comparisons.
