Sometimes numbers dont mean anything at all, and this is definitely one of those cases.

Wow, right there with the likes of Jae Crowder and Steve Novak -- they literally sandwich him on that list. LOL.

It will be hilarious if after Heat signs all these scrubs to their team to keep Lebron, he bolts and the team is stuck with them.

I was thinking the same. All Rockets signed were Casspi, Garcia, Brooks.

Many of you tend to forget what Granger can do when healthy. He's had time to heal.

The Heat made a good signing here, with or without the Big 3 back. We were after him during the deadline.

If Danny is feeling good, he can easily drop 15-20. He's no slouch.

Paul George is the face of the Pacers, but Danny was before him and played at a very high level. He is fiercely competitive ...some guys don't have that instinct anymore.

We watched him with the Clippers and his knees are as bad as Wade's it seems. You can't trust that for an entire season then all throughout the playoffs giving you top notch production.

Having to sign for the bi annual should tell you something.

Wow. Would have loved to have Granger as a backup for Parsons, especially at 2 mil a year.

Uh, given that the Big Three have shown themselves completely disinterested in taking the huge paycut needed to sign Melo and now that they've signed McRoberts and Granger with the MLE and BAE, the idea of a Big Four is now 100% dead.

    No.

Granger had a chance last year and was bad, and it wasn't rust. He lacked the ability to get by his man or create seperation. He is physically toast.

I'd rather have Beasley on my team. At least we know he can compete physically.

Oden will never play enough minutes to be valuable.
Neither Chalmers/Cole are gonna make this team any better, they both got completely violated by the entire Spurs' guard rotation.
McRoberts is a bench player, starter only cuz he played for the Bobcats.
Granger didnt help the Clips, and hasnt been really good for over 3 years. Doesnt look like he will ever get back to pre-injury form. And no, he currently is less of a player than Shard, and he isnt half the shooter Lewis is.

I just dont see this as being an upgrade in any way, the Heat will be no better next year, just one year older. I dont think Riley can do enough while tying up so much $ in the Big 3

The a Heat are more aggressive because they literally had one player on the roster as free agency began and were presented with an ultimatum from the world's best player to improve the team or he's leaving.

Morey has also been extremely aggressive. We have max contract offers under consideration for the two best players in the market that will let us offer.

Also, Casspi and Granger are both garbage. We took a flyer on Casspi last year with the vet minimum because that's all we had to work with.
