The Rockets desperately need a starting PG. If they aren't able to sign Lull this offseason they have to go after Rudy Fernandez instead.

I swear as soon as I saw him out there I said "wtf is Lin back in!" And seconds later, it happened. He is not the only reason we lost, but to deny that his total lack of awareness in that moment cost us this game frankly, makes you an idiot.

Lin is pathetic looking at this video. Dribbling the ball up court without realizing someone is tailing you? And none of his teammates seem to prepare to jog up court...a sign that he should be calling time out. And even though he turnover the ball, Portland missed the shot and Lin was there in the position to rebound the ball and HE STILL FAILED!! WFT...you suck Lin!!

Well sometimes other guys help you or kill u, Allen saved Miami, Lin is fuc.king the Rockets. Simple as.

I got what u're saying, but it's 5 on 5 not 2 on 2. W/e happened earlier in the game happened, it came down to one possession we got a break, Lin ****.s up n they score a 3 to go up by 1, instead of Rockets potentially being up by 4, n total momentum shift. Same happened in game 3, he went for dumb layup, Batum scores a 3 on the other end.

sigh, as a lin fan i will say i am extremely dissapointed lin did not have the awareness to call a timeout in that situation. that was an amazing play by mo williams.

so if you guys want to say it was lin's fault that game 4 was lost, i can agree with that.

but it certainly was not lin's fault that games 1 and 2 were lost at home.

so i am not sure you can blame the series on jeremy lin.

but the damage is done. rocket fans probably hate him. his teammates probably hate him. time to get traded.

Whats the worst part of this is that he basically did the exact same thing the other game; take off alone and lost the ball (technically he blew a layup).

Choker. He choked in the final minute. That's all there is to it. I pin the overtime on him but we had a chance to dominate in overtime with his ass on the bench.

The failures of the Rockets this postseason starting McFail to Harden's offensive/defensive woe's and TJ's defensive failure have unfortunately culminated to the backlash on Lin being responsible for all the teams losses. Basketball is bigger than 1 person. And if the team couldn't come back in overtime when you have more talented personnel, there are bigger problems at hand that just faiLin

LIn ( and anyone who got the rebound) was supposed to pass it forward...or call time out.

I am pretty sure McHale threw up his lunch when Mister Lin did not throw the ball forward to Parsons who was waiting for it.

Or simply put your hands across the ball and scream time out nitwit !

Such a dumbass post. First of all, GTFO out then. You are either a Rockets fan or you are not. If you are not, we don't want you here. THE.END. To clarify why I think this post is r****ded to the nth degree, you are on CLUTCHFANS.NET, a community DEDICATED TO HOUSTON ROCKETS BASKETBALL. This is not the Good Christian or Asian American or Moral Compass community. This is a HOUSTON ROCKETS community where ROCKETS fans, especially die hard ones, discuss our favorite team and Rockets ball. When a **** for brains PG is doing everything he can to try and help Portland prevent OUR TEAM from coming back, you bet your ass we have an issue with said player. **** this scrub...

The contradiction is strong in this one.

I thought fans were supposed support the players who play for their team?

    Please leave already.

    Thanks

    Clutch,

How about a new BBS policy?

A voucher for a free apple turnover at a local Dunkin donuts for every LOF that voluntarily leaves this BBS?

Did you see the replay? There were a bunch of people in Lin's way after he got the rebound. He was trying to get to the side to get a clear pass. It was not like he just stood there and dribble until the ball was stolen.
