Definitely made it a better day as a Texans fan. Loyalty is one thing. Being just horrible at your job and getting to keep it is nothing short of stupid. Marciano should have been let go with the Capers regime.
You know, I'm actually going to miss how Kubiak would turn away and couldn't watch field goals. It's a fan-like thing to do. I use to do it all the time as a kid during those clutch city runs. Would turn away after a three pointer was launched, only to turn around to the thunderous cheers of a made point.
If we're going to acknowledged the bad things Marciano has done, we have to acknowledged the good too!! We had special teams touchdowns... sometimes.. #kubiaktreatment
Kubiak, Marciano, and now finish the job by firing Smith at the end of the season. Or let him resign or whatever, but the Texans need a Morey type of GM, especially due to the hideous contracts they handed out like Halloween candy.
How did this guy last so long being so bad is one of the mysteries in the world we'll likely never find out.
I'd hate to celebrate a man losing his job but Joe Marciano wasn't good at it once the NFL removed the 3 man wedge...

It's like a college professor getting tenure. Once the guy gets it, it's nearly impossible to get him out of there.
Honestly surprised he didn't get an offer to join the good ol boy crew up in Denver. He had to have something on Kubiak to stay around as long as he did
But what's the logic? "Hey there were the 31st ST over 3-4 year stretch, just the kind of mindset we want here"
