I like the aggression, but I'm concerned about injury risk to him and also the turnovers it can lead to. Hopefully as he gets more comfortable playing off of Dwight, he'll be able to find him more with the pass rather than forcing the drive into the defense.
Could be that since Dwight is a shot blocker which means he contests a lot of shots, which leaves him out of position to grab the rebound.
So Lin is the leader in penetration point for the team and both harden and parsons shoot over 70% fg% placing them top five over LeBron. I think this is a good sign that the theory Twin Towers will clog the is just that,,,a theory. A myth. People forget the defensive 3 second rule. This is not college basketball. But that shouldn't matter for this particular stat, because if he's out of position for the rebound, it wouldn't be considered a rebound "chance" (according to the website, must be within 3.5 feet of the ball), so it wouldn't count against him.
If you just look in the restricted area, Lebron is better, and rankings should settle with more games (guarantee that Will Bynum will not end the season at #1 on this stat). As far as the Twin Towers clogging, that's harder to say because the stat doesn't show who's on the floor when Lin/Harden/Parsons are driving. It could be with the TT, or it could be happening when Garcia/Casspi come in for one of the TT. But: Small sample size caveats remain, so we'll have to see if/how that stat changes over time.

Specifically, Parsons generates 1.33 team points every time he drives to the basket, Harden 1.28 and Lin 1.18. This follows the trend from the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons, where Harden and Lin were posting elite numbers in team points generated per drive (although the data from those seasons only included the 15 teams that had SportsVu tracking at the time). These three Rockets drive to the basket over 22 times a game, which is more than what most teams average per game, generating 27.7 points for the team per game, which is like over a quarter of the Rockets' total offense.
