    He likes to stand in the paint and leave his man wide open 90% of the time. He did this last season and it looks like it carried over to this season.

    This is an effort issue. Hardens shot is off, and he is letting that impact his defensive effort, which is none.

    He needs to freaking try. This game is on him (and the refs for the early officiating)

    Obviously Doc is trying to make Harden work defensively which s tiring him out offensively, it's most likely throwing off his shot and game in general.

    BINGO. ladies, watch him on D, not necessarily on the ball D, watch him when his man doesn't have the ball. That is included is the word defense.

    People forget that he sprained his ankle pretty bad last game, looks like it is really slowing him offensively and defensively tonight. If it was just his defense I would question his effort, but his offense is really off, no explosiveness.

    He is getting screened and they are moving on the screens. But his effort tonight hasn't been very good.

    off night for harden.

    tough schedule congestion/ road trip for the rockets... Clips have played 3/4 at home and all 4 in cali.... schedule will get tougher for them.

    Harden made a lot of average SGs look like stars, nothing is new. He sometimes has the mentality to play defense, but not tonight
