Mchale should keep playing beverly over lin because Lin does not help this team more than beverly. Lin is a creator. Harden is the guy for that on this team, not Lin. So offensively Lin is probably a worse fit for us than Beverly because Beverly is a better shooter! not saying Lin isn't a better offense player than Beverly but in the context of this team at this moment he is not a good fit. Not only that, Beverly is a much better defender and seems to have more determination. All of those hating on Beverly playing in the fourth need to re watch the block against the spurs and ask yourself; would Lin have chased the ball down and made that play? No he wouldn't because Lin is offensively minded and clearly offense is not the problem with this team. Hence 2nd in the league!

I agree. Especially in the last month or two, Bev has been scoring and shooting lights out while Lin couldn't buy a jump shot. Plus, Lin doesn't have determination and is probably the laziest on our team. The worst defender on our team, by far. And you know Lin is a poor block/steal/ deflection/take a charge kind of guy. All he does is create and what's the point of having two of them? Do you see that on the Spurs or the Heat or the Thunder?? I don't think so.

What a joke that for just one or two games and people want Bev to replace Lin. How many games Bev got zero point before?

Troll post. What about when Beverley went 0-11 over three
Games? And what about JL's rip of splitter down low ?(although not as crowd pleasing it prevented a sure two points all the same)
What about JL's block of JSmoove earlier this year? What about catching DRose from behind and swatting him?

Who do you think was a big contributor to that highest rated offense? Without Lins creativity and playmaking the offense probably wouldnt even be top 10. I think Bev is good for spurts of time giving nice energy, but he cant regularly play more than 20 minutes at this point in time to be effective. Especially when he's off then he's pretty ineffective. But all in all, I really do like him and he's a great player off the bench which we need come playoff time.

Lol. Harden of course. He leads the team on offense. In fact LOFs complain about it often. The reason the Rockets don't change it is because it works so well. It can't go bother ways. Line contribution at PG offensively are not extraordinary, at least not for the Rockets.

A HOF has no game plans but street smart balling skills. Sigh.:(

Can we imagine a MIT stat guy met a street smart baller. They still got along.

Jeremy IS NOT A SHOOTING GUARD YOU FUKIN IDIOTS!!! And why bother putting JL in for garbage time unless you are a truly lost and confounded and hopeless coach? Beard is awesome but he needs to REST, STUPID! If he's shooting 16% take him out for a spell!!! *******! There is NO defense for McHale tonight unless you are flat out stupid. Zero. Worst coached game of the year. Easily.

Lin's got the 2nd highest usage percentage on the top scoring team in the league...can you at least give him some credit for our offense's success?

We always ISO in the 4th. I can understand running ISO in the closing moments or minutes, but doing it as your main play throughout the 4th seems a bit ridiculous.

Lawrence Frank and Erik Spoelstra are much better coaches than mchale and they have zero ballin cred. People need to stop using PLAYER credentials for COACHES. McHale's on court accomplishments have nothing to do with his coaching. So sick of hearing that.

Isiah Thomas was one of the greatest PGs to ever play the game, and yet he was one of the worst coaches of all time in any professional sport. I rest my case.

Leaving aside his coaching strategy, McHale's favoritism is straightforward disgusting!
