Was it right to cut a guy that gave you 2 spectacular return TDs in the preseason? Marciano's coverage is league worst.
Cutting Holliday was one of the more ignorant moves we made this year. You don't cut a game changer. I am sure Matt Schaub loves starting from the 20 EVERY SINGLE DRIVE.
I have ALWAYS hated the Holliday cut. I've constantly said it was a huge mistake. And it's yet another example of why I say that Kubiak is NOT the coach to take us to a championship level.
If we would have kept him, our return game would have still sucked. Our blocking schemes sucks and some of our ST personnel sucks (Keo). We simply needed his roster spot for Ruud when Cushing went down.
There wasn't a single Raven near him on that return until the end when the punter came into the picture. He would never get that opportunity here in Houston with this dismal special teams and if he did it would have been because of 5 block in the back flags committed by the Texans.
He's lucky he's a TV announcer and doesn't have to worry about having to hide the lotion and Kleenex boxes
