    I think he's already lost. He's totally lost his confidence and there's no one to support him. Not management, not the coaches, not him teammates, and not the fans. He has nothing to feed off of.

    Do you have to trash on everyone else on this team to make him look better?

    This is the NBA, you EARN your PT. You get outplayed by your backup, you become his backup. It's about getting wins for the Rockets and not PT for Lin.

    For a good half court game we need a back to the basket low post presence; which we currently don't have...Jefferson would be awesome but with no low post, we settle for 3s...

    In the last game, he played lockdown D on Rondo. That by itself was enough to merit his playing the fourth quarter. No to mention, his 7 assists. The fact is the coaching rotations are inconsistent. They are not reward based. Lin did not play badly in the last game to be benched. There is no obvious logic to it.

    The first quarter today is a different matter.

    Douglas had 0 assists last game. Will have less than 3 this game. Noone sees that, I guess. Harden's boss, but come one now, Douglas??

    I actually think that would make more sense. Start Douglas and let Lin come off the bench. He gets the floor freedom that he thrives in and Harden gets to thrive in his system.

    And it will never work. Coaching staffs now put short term records over long term Plans. We are trying to rebuild here, yet we are looking more and more like last years team with 16 mil sitting on the bench.

    Lin is acting like he doesn't even want to play. No energy on either side of the court. That's all on him. If he's getting embarrassed by JOSE CALDERON and losing minutes to TONEY DOUGLAS, he should be ashamed of himself.
