Oh god.. I have one of my math exams on this morning and I just feel sick to my stomach. The past two weeks have been minimal sleep, averaging 4-5 hours a night and just hitting up textbooks and equations super hard. This isn't even including my other subjects. Any tips and ideas of how to relieve stress during such a stressful period?

This is my 3rd year in University so it's nothing new.. except I seem to be working twice has hard for half the results this semester and it's killing me. Need to find a new approach...

Do you actually enjoy or feel comfortable doing the problems? If so, then just think about the exams in that context rather than in terms of the actual grade you'd get.

Other than more strategic and pro-active outlining and parsing out the studying a bit more, probably not. Furthermore, the hard work will pay off in terms of stamina and productivity in the working world: you'd be surprised how many well paid, experienced adults just up and quit a task because of what time of day, day of week or month of the year it is. There's a bizarre sense of entitlement for some of the older staffers despite being at-will, non-hourly, non-union employees. Absent some great social skills or connections on their part, they're your stepping stones.

    exercise.

I play basketball to get my mind off anything stressful and then come back to the task; works wonders.

Work-out and/or play video games for an hour or two to get your mind off things

Start preparing long ahead of time. Take an interest in what you're learning.

No joke, it's not shame to enjoy the academic aspect of college. In fact it feels the most right.
