Well, street ball is kinda different from NBA. He definitely has some sick handles but I am not sure how it will translate to NBA games.
I was thinking the same thing during preseason .... Now if he can only defend as well as Mark Jackson , we'll have found a gem.
/\ This is more what I was going for though, just a sense of those "intangibles you see in him, Machado can be like... Yes or, Tierre Brown...
Looks like he has been using the entire off-season to work out all of the suckage. You might want to keep that $15 handy.

This guy really likes Machado. <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/DhGVAw5G3w4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
CP3 and Tony Parker says high? Hell even Aaron Brooks found some success, as did Stoudemire and that pg we signed last year. In today's NBA height isn't as important as shooting ability, speed and quickness. While Machado isn't exactly a speedster like Parker or Brooks, he's not exactly a midget either. Plus, let's put in all in perspective, Lin is our pg for the forseeable future, we just want this guy to become a decent sub pg in the L. I don't think its gonna be that hard for him, he looks like he has legit promise.
The video title is quite misleading. Thomas had a great game but I wouldn't call it dominating over Paker. If you dominate Parker, you can beat the Spurs. Spurs were up 2-0 during WCF against Thunders until they switched 6'7" Guard Sefolosha on him on game 3. Parker was still able to score points but Sefolosha wrecked hovac on Spurs offense by locking down on Parker. They were running around like a headless chicken. The rest was history; Spurs lost 4 straight.
I cannot help but watch that and be reminded of our other "playground legends" -- Kenny (the Jet) and Rafer (Skip to My Lou). Which makes me hope Scott does not have already one of these playground nicknames. Are these guys the max upside potential of Scott? Alot of these type of players never live up to the hype -- the ones that came to mind were Lloyd Daniels, Sebastian Telfair, Pearl Washington, Jamaal Tinsley, Smush Parker, Khalid Reeves, Erick Barkley and God Shammgod. And, to be fair, a few did have long careers -- Anderson, Strickland and Marbury. Whose game does Scott Machado's most closely resemble?
