I agree with this. He's good where he's at, but you can't build a contender around him. He's a good complimentary player, but there's plenty of those in the league.
Chalmers? You mean the guy that almost lost his job to Norris Cole? It's easy to look "good" when you're rolling with the BEST player in the league, the 2nd best shooting guard in the game and a top 10 PF. Just ask Matt Maloney.
You couldn't build anything around him, dude's average to below average. Decent defender, got burned by Rondo countless times though. Good shooter, that's it.
Lol, not Houston. The only ones he'd have a chance to start on are the Hawks, Pistons, Pacers, and Magic.
Not even top 20 PG. He is serviceable and fits well with Miami but thats it. He compared himself to Chris Paul when he entered the NBA. He is just a cocky scrub.
Yes the guy who nearly loss his job to Norris Cole will start here. The only thing he has going on for him is that he is a decent defender and he isn't even that great of a defender. The Miami Heat team defense as a whole makes him look better than he really is defensively.
Yep Jeff Teague is definitely better than Chalmers at this point. He has more upside too + he is a good defender.
He probably has the least TOs among all the PGs because he does not control ball like other PGs. When you think about it, he is not even a point guard.
he gets a bad rap because he is limited in what he can do in that offense. Give him more freedom and I guarantee that a lot of you will be singing a different tune.
