Yea Kaman was really good this tournament, except for some bad turnovers, dumb fouls and silly dribbling violations. But overall really the best player along with Dirk and Schaffartzik.

2: Yea, Valanciunas is beastin since they advanced, big athleticsm, nice post moves and great hook. Guy will be special.

I honestly think that now that NBA teams have seen Valaciunas play at a high level this well, there is no way he lasts to the 5th pick in a weak draft that saw Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams go #1 & #2. Im sorry, those are nice players, but there is no way they are as valuable to an NBA team as a franchise center. Toronto could be a real interesting team in the next two or three years.

What a choke job at the end by Lithuania against FYR Macedonia. First, Jasikevicius slips out of bounds and then Songaila throws the ball away after getting the rebound. I don't think he'll live that down for a very long time.

It was electric when the Macedonian guy hit the 3! I just love it when when home crowds get silenced like that. I wanted Lithuania to win the tournament until Macedonia made the quarterfinals. I imagine Spain will dominate them in the semi.

Props to France for finally playing up to their potential and earning a spot in the Olympics.

I like Nate McMillan and the Blazers, but his style of coaching holds back Nicolas Batum, who would be a much more productive player on another team with some freedom.

Navarro is the third best European shooting guard of all time, after only Nikos Galis and Drazen Petrovic.

Our guys are back, and this is the welcome they received as if we won the gold medal. 4th place is a huge for a small country like us, beating several good teams on the way.
