Anyone know how to get more hits on Youtube videos?

when I google their link -- I get 1080 links. When I google yours, I get 8.

 

Gave it a view and like.

 

Be one of those dicks that puts lots of TAGS that mean NOTHING for the video.

And then, somewhere hidden in the video place a still image of some HOT CHICK. And make that appear as the image for the video.

You'll get TON's of views from the pic alone.

 

make a 5 second video called "kobe dunks over shaq in practice (funny)" and it will get 10 million views

That would have been a great concept... 10 months ago.

Nobody is comparing the HD2 anymore. That came out in February.

Should've borrowed someone's G2, or at least put G2 where HD2 is. In fact, if you can still switch your title try that... And switch 3gs to HTC EVO.

It would be very hard to beat 400,000.
This is what I would do. Depends on the video you have made ( I havent seen it yet), you would know what type of people would be interested to see your video. Think about few keywords that are related to your video.
I will target Twitter for very the short term goals. One thing about Twitter is that you can send them a message evenif you don't know the person you want to send a message to.

1. Go to twitter search
2. Type in the keywords you have researched
3. You will see the list of people who have tweeted using the keyword.
4. using mention functionality (@), Tweet them with the link to the video.
5. make sure you come up with witty Tweet that will intrigue their interest
6. Also be sure to use bit.ly or any type of URL shortening service.
7. keep doing that all day, everyday for next couple weeks.

Even if you get 1 click out of 10 tweets, you are going to get some views right away. More time you spend on this, more result you would generate.
