iPhone Apps Worth Getting?

I just got Strategery yesterday and have really liked it. It's like Risk with randomly generated maps.

 

I might have to get that based on the name alone.

Oh, and damn you, ClutchFans, for getting me hooked on Angry Birds! Since I saw so many people had this on their list, I dropped the $.99 and now I can't stop playing it. :grin:

 

Is there a GOOD universal text to speech/speech to text app? One that will read me texts as I drive and compose them from speech? Apparently this ability is built into droid.

Just got an iPod Touch recently. Was looking for apps to try and saw this was really popular. I gave it a try. Wife asked me about what apps I downloaded and questioned why I downloaded that Angry Birds game. She gave it a try. She practically hasn't put down the ipod since. Damn you Angry Birds!

I was addicted. Finished the game and got my life back. Got a new iPhone 4. Saw they released more levels. Downloaded the update with the new levels and discovered that my previous save data was on my old phone so now I'm having to go all the way through the game again.

 

anyone know an alternative to Simplify media? they discontinued the service. looking to stream music from my pc to my phone. thanks

BTW, Level 2-2 in Angry Birds got me off the game. There apparently is no way to get 3 stars in this version. Simply does not work.

got the app the quality is great over the 3g watched 5 mins of a random office episode didnt have any buffering issues or anything.


but i dont know for sure cuz i have the my3g app for my phone so dunno if it made it think i was on wifi and send the high quality video...but impressed at the quality of it nonetheless.

uh oh i see there is a puzzle bobble game this is not good for my productivity.

 

anyone know a good free texting and mms app for iphone? been using textfree, but i had a friend trying to send me some pics today, said they wouldnt send. figured might as well look into if theres a better texting app then. thanks
