    This is a disgrace. It's not like the parents named their child Bin Laden. This is not Europe, this is America. The Hit-Man did nothing to us. He never intended to take over this country.

    A co-worker of mine called me about this today, complaining that the state shouldn't take the kids away just because of their names.

    But let's be clear about something: the reason that the state took custody is not yet known.

    ... and I very seriously doubt that the state took custody because of their names.

    what in the world does that even mean??? he's no bin laden?? he was at war with this country...he sought to attack this country....he sent troops out to kill US soldiers...he declared war on this country...he imprisoned US soldiers...he attacked our allies....he sought the extermination of an entire race of people...

    they're both enormous dillweeds.

    ...and anecdotally, nobody in german speaking countries names their kid hitler anymore but the area where my wife grew up in austria, people still greet one another with heil :eek:

    You got that right! Bin Laden is like the roommate who eats all your food out of the fridge and pretends he didn't know it was yours. Hitler is like the weird roommate who keeps odd hours and barely socializes.

    He's weird, but at least he's not stealing all yo...WTF ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT!?!?
