really, thats awesome there is a Fry's just down the street from me. Guess ill have to move my preorder to something else then.
I keep hearing about this game...but I know nothing about it. There have been some really good games coming out these days.
Yeah I'd like to know if that deal is in Houston's Fry's on 59 and Murphy. The game doesn't come out until the 14th...maybe 13th. To my understanding, it ships on the 13th and arrives in stores for sale the next day. I was on the fence abou this, but if it's really $39.00 for the 360/PS3 version, I'll definitely buy it.
i'll wait till the reviews come out. Even then, the demo for Drake was pretty fun. Might just save the money and wait for that one.
every game on 360 that has been hyped up has been great. gears, halo, crackdown.......i hope this will be great too
The Fry's ads which come in the Sunday paper are good only through TUESDAY. Fry's ads start completely new ad cycles EVERY WEDNESDAY. Wednesday ads are good Wednesday and Thursday ONLY. Friday's ad is good through TUESDAY. Same with Saturday's and Sunday's. This means that the Sunday ad for Assassin's Creed which was for $39 is only good for TODAY. Each ad is supposedly specific to each local market (this is why they don't allow their ads online - Outpost has nothing to do with Fry's advertised prices locally), which means that TODAY, TUESDAY, the day that Assassin's Creed is released, is essentially a ONE-DAY Sale. This is good at any Fry's in Houston. Yes, I am a Fry's Ad Geek. LOL But really, those guys put some crazy prices on stuff sometimes. Besides, I am not driving all the way out to Fry's - I'll just take the ad into my local BB and make them sell it to me for that same price.

SONOFAB*****!!!!! I was SOOOOO looking forward to this game, but all I have is a stupid PS2!!! I hate being outdated (but I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade) GRRRRR.
