Otherwise, individually negotiated contracts may not contain no-trade clauses. The no-trade clause prevents the team from making a trade involving the player without the player's consent. well you never say never when it comes to trading role players, if a deal comes up that is too good to pass up and shandon is ok with the trade then i guess shandon could be traded but the chances of that happening are slim.
I would not trade Shandon for Horry either. I love him, but don't think he'd work as well in the staus quo. MOREOVER, there is no way the rockets would make the trade. (1) they want to go in a new diredtion, and (2) Robert impregnated calvin murhpy's daughter-- a big time barrier. ------------------ G
