How Come the Rockets dont have an Alternate Jersey?

    Ok ive noticed over the past couple of seasons other teams are getting their own alternate jerseys or second road jerseys. The rockets have never had one of these... I know our jerseys lack color really(red and white) usually other teams have 3 colors. Some say our 3rd color is silver or grey but those really dont shine out. Maybe we could have a silver jersey or a black jersey? or maybe just a totally new design liike the mavs have... (P diddy designed jersey with "Mavs" on front, green)Mark cuban has urged new mavericks gear all the time so screw him anyway. they have had like 4 other jerseys... Recently Detroit got their own red jersey and the Celtics out of all teams who have never had a second road jersey or alternate got a new shade of green. i think it would be pretty cool if the rockets got their own alternate jersey, wouldnt you think? :D i know last year we got those throwback jerseys for a couple of games, no offense but those hardwood classic jerseys SUCKED... we shouldve used our uniforms from the championships not the ones from the 60's or 70's.

    There is a specific amount of time after getting a new jersey like the rockets did before you can petition to the league to have an alternate jersey etc etc...i don't know the exact details but there is a waiting period and i believe next year we can finally have an alternate.

    Since the Rockets got a new jersey they have to wait three years before they can have an alternate. They could have had one this year but since the all star game is here they probably wanted to focus on that and do an alternate next year.

    You know, I could give a damn less if we get an alternate jersey. I would like an occasional win though. That would be nice.

    I like the black and red too. Count me in. These are the two most powerful colors in combination if you ask me.

    An alternate jersey ? They do have one .. It consists of Diapers as the shorts a bib as the shirt and a big pacifier to suck on after all these loses they've been giving us...Thats the last thing we need to worry about...Can we get a WIN #$%#$$%^%
