    You are right.

Rockets have the highest scoring duo in the history of the NBA right now.

Russ, unlike CP3, can drop 30 and/or a triple double on any given night.

The system has been maximized on offense and defense.

Russ pushes pace at breakneck speed. Harden's gravity generates maximum space and impossibly wide open 3's.

Defense is organized Chaos with the disruptions and the switches.

    I like our chances.

    A lot.

Let's get #3 and see Thunder in first round.

Can't believe people don't want to play them. Mavs are a much much better team than the Jazz, Thunder and even Nuggets imo. Carlisle as coach and Porzingis playing great defense makes them dangerous (they're currently #1 offense in the NBA).

Inconsistencies on D ruining the No 1 O.

Luka is an experienced 21 year old but still too young and not shooting well enough.

    KP is a welcomed surprise.

    Their clutch plays are horrible.

    Rockets, Suns......

Do not let the 149 pt game fool you, that's once in a 50 type of performance.

    Jazz are trying to lose.

Lakers and Raptors have nothing much to play for in terms of seeding, could very well rest their top players.

    Clips are an interesting matchup.

All goes out the window if their defense clicks, which can very possibly happen with Carlisle and Porzingis. They are the #1 offense even with Doncic shooting poorly, so that's not really relevant.

As for the 149, I strongly disagree. No team in NBA history has been more capable of putting up 150. It's once in a 50 for your annual best offense, but watch this Rockets team shock everyone with their offense.

They are a team of the future, and the next 2 years, and if they are lucky they can even land the 3rd Allstar caliber player....

Who doesn't want to play with 2 Euro stars?

Well, the future is not exactly now.

I still would take the Rockets, Bucks, Clippers, Lakers*, Raptors, Celtics over them.

They would also struggle against Portland and Phoenix in this bubble.

I agree with their potential and that's why I am relieved they didn't 'click' right away.

Pretty scary if Porz turns into some kind of Bill Russell, he hasn't.

I am actually more interested in Nurkic and Jokic, they seem to be leading their teams spiritually.

I would rather avoid the Lakers until the WCF. The NBA’s agenda to make Lebron successful cannot be underestimated. 3rd seed is the way to go. I hate that 4 vs 5 matchup. Plus Dallas will definitely give the Clippers hell... granted Portland should do the same to the Lakers. Watch how refs help Lakers compared to what they don’t do for the Clips.

Agree. Their clutch D is horrific.

And they have the best offensive efficiency in history of NBA but in clutch time it drops to 29th.

    Lack winning mentality.

    Mavs are too soft.

All this angst about playing OKC just makes me hungrier to take them 1down.

    Today's Games with Seeding Implications:
POR vs LAC (If we want a tiny chance at LAC dropping to 4th seed)
UTAH vs DEN (UTAH loss gives us more separation/DEN loss gives us a shot at the 3rd seed)
MIL vs DAL (DAL loss clinches division title)

I am rooting for POR, DEN and MIL today.

Nuggs are looking gruesome. 15 point first quarter vs. Jazz.

    Are they tanking too?

Portland could not close the win vs. Clips 3rd string.

    Pathetic.

Yes please. We’re due for a really deep run even a trophy... paid some dues... tons of draft pics.. titanic contracts... You name it. They gonna have to earn it tho... Lebron’s final years/first with the lakers? They gonna get a lot of calls.
