Wow, another tough game. Nurkic is back, he is playing very well. Let's go Rockets for another win. It's time for Russ to dominate Dame. Defense and ball movement is key.

 

Nurkic is gonna be an issue. Need Harden and Westbrook at their best.

 

Y’all still aren’t understanding Small Ball. A slow plodding big man can’t stay on the court with the Rockets even if he dominates inside for a period of time. No way he can keep up with the pace or provide enough rim protection on Harden, Westbrook drives without giving up wide open threes.

 

Collins might start at 5 or red hot Gary Trent.

 

Oh sh*t, CJ again, ain't gonna be no more layups, Harden and Westbrook gonna have no layups when CJ is around.

Are Rockets going to only wear red unis going forward?

Wore red vs. Mavs and Bucks.

Would like to see the black, retro and space unis too.

I just hope this board doesn't go full emo for the next couple nights if we lose (and maybe even lose kinda badly) tonight... I know that on paper, this seems like one of the easiest games we're going to get in the bubble, but the Rockets this year (especially since going small) seem to have a tendency to play down to the level of mediocre-to-bad opponents.

Plus I think CJ and Lilly have the ability to expose the weakest parts of our defense.
