They should all stop all sports asap. It’s painful enough to hear that 16 players have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. I want to see Harden and co play. I really do. I don’t want anyone else to be put at risk to their health.

Adam Silver bringing that big "This is fine!" Dog energy to the restart before it has even begun.

Nba is in a bubble. Mlb will be traveling to ballparks with fans in them. I feel like nba has a higher chance of working than mlb. But the last thing I want is nba to get into first round of playoffs then have to stop Bc of bubble getting contaminated

NBA went all in on Florida. Big, big mistake - just in general.

Sounds like the positive rate is quite high among players. Is it surprising or not? Real question.

Originally the North just had worse corona cases. A lot of the southern states opened too early which caused this. Nba agreed to restart season back in May before Florida imploded. It’s too late for them to back track. They just gotta keep the bubble super intimate

I wonder how many baseball players will test positive. It will definitely be higher than nba.

    Honestly it's not surprising.

Through social media : I've seen many players hitting gyms throughout the off period. I've seen some getting tattoos. Others seem like they are traveling frequently from place to place even if it's by private flight.

Every time you leave your house, you risk being exposed. Any time you interact with someone, you are interacting with everyone that they've seen, so if they are infected from someone else and don't know it, you could be infected.

In order for this bubble to work, they truly have to isolate everyone until there is 0 infections to begin the bubble and require a test for every staffer who leaves the bubble every single time.

This isn't a good idea. It still looks like it's going to happen. I hope there isn't an outbreak in the bubble and I really hope that no one gets seriously sick but this virus is not under control in this country at all and while I would have guessed things would be a little better by now, and it would have been safer to start up the season, the american people have proven how absolutely selfish they are.

We are going to look back on this period of time in shock and it's going to completely change everything about our lives going forward.

the rates I’ve read are below civilian averages. Given that some of the above were in the previous numbers were I saw the comparison- the few additions would due little to change the standing.

Keep in consideration, every player had to be tested.

In many states, testing is limited and you must show certain symptoms and/or be in contact with someone who has been confirmed infected.

It would be interesting if every day a random group of 300 people were tested without symptoms and without knowledge of being exposed.
