That’s why he got taken out of the Series With the Clips. And, McHale allegedly got fired for it according to sources... mainly josh smith. If Harden’s brain goes on vacation and checks out, we should accept that and put his body on vacation too. Or just load manage his ass like everyone else in the league does. Or shorten the season. Thank you Jesus for Westbrook!

Like I always said about Harden haters. They are completely delusional to think Harden wouldn't have won 3 rings if not MORE if you swapped him and Curry the last couple years.

McHale got fired because he could not win games. Period.

Josh Smith straight up said that he believed McHale got fired for benching Harden the previous post season... and obviously he was much closer to the situation than us 'spectators'... ;) lol

The shooting slump is because he's not allowed to take mid-range shots. The system is catered to shooting large amounts of 3s, so Harden has to work himself to fit that system instead of doing what comes naturally to him.

He's so damn good, he's actually done it and excelled in it. He just can't manage to do it at high level beyond his own limits which the team pushes him into.

Yes, thank goodness for RW. Because Harden has no help most of the time, it's terrible to watch. CP was as good a partner he's seen.

Yep, but Morey refuted this so which non-spectator do you take more seriously?

All them looked so lean back then.
Skip to my Lou had really toned arms. I gotta update my workout routine. My arms too flabby. :D

How tall is Yao really that's clearly like a 13" head from chin to dome tip? 7'9 like Shaq claims?

People actually think Harden isn’t allowed to take midrange shots? Maybe Harden believes in Moreyball a little too much, but there is no such thing as him not being allowed to take midrange shots. He can take any shot he wants, at any time. Somebody needs to drill into his head that a great scorer shouldn’t be limiting himself to just layups and threes. Harden has bought into the analytics a little too much.

That comeback agaist the Clippers was spectacular and it clearly showed what the Raptors and GSW were about, teamwork and multiple people stepping up when needed.

    More Horrys are needed.

The old NBA system rarely works no more, it is gradually getting more Euro centric now with role players playing a larger role and Allstars just closing it out.

Also what Dirk led team, San Antonio, newer Pistons were doing.

Fertitta not willing to pay role players is going to cost his team.

Seems to me the leader of the team has to buy in or the whole team won't buy in.

I guess we can also fire MDA and find a different system, and I'm down for that if we can't win this season. It's wide open.

This goes back to to that Daryl thread,, if you look back DM has assembled some really good teams here.
Has the franchise been snake bit (TMac/Yao injuries, CP3 injury) or is Daryl snake bit?

Does Wallace not realize that Hardens side step goes in more times then one and is one of the most effective moves in the game to the point where other players have now adopted it? So many players now use that move bc of Harden.

Who needs to create noise to be relevant? Where was Josh with this breaking news before he washed out of the league?

And why did Rockets extend McHale first (happened in offseason before Dwight not re-signed) THEN fire him? The losing record despite the new pay bump strongly indicates you've picked the wrong side.

    Again.
