Rockets fans: When is Hakeem going to get the respect and recognition he deserves?
ESPN: Go stream The Air Up There starring Kevin Bacon. You're welcome.

the fans who recently joined Clutchfans when Max Kellerman replaced Skip Bayless, all want

    1. ESPN to say they love the Rockets like they love LeBron
    10000000000000000000000000000000000. Rockets win the championship

This is the TikTok Rockets fan, they only care about the media

They only made one for MJ because he started to get nervous that the younger generation was forgetting about him and putting Lebron above him ;):D

    @Jontro @Clutch

I’ve never seen or heard of any effort as effective as the media almost successfully deleting the Rockets championships from history

Hakeem and Rudy are pretty much next to the Aztecs and Mayans civilization

at least those civilizations show up on alien vs. predator movies
Nobody will know the Rockets two titles

I mean we don’t even have the nba championship trophies in Houston
Nobody will know their location in 100 years
At the bottom of ocean somewhere near Cuba

Only when they are trying to erase history

Seriously if the rockets fan base took a history test they would fail on the history of the rockets

you got people feeling sorry for Pippen here
    Wrong
And basing rockets performance of Kenny smith and Charles Barkley based of commentary on tnt
    Wrong

If anyone deserves cancel culture... it is Magic Johnson and the Lakers or Isiah Thomas and the Pistons.

...at least the asterisks everyone else puts on the the Rockets is only unofficial. There is an active movement to literally strip the Astros of the title.

Hakeem received more press when he was traded to Toronto so to answer the question, never.

Btw, I never watched the Last Dance - who cares about that bullsh*t!

I'm just pointing out Evil. I'm not saying we should petition ESPN to make a documentary, I'm just saying it will never happen.

Just like if there's a crazy dude with a chainsaw in texas at that house, i'm pointing out that you should avoid stopping at that house.
I'm not going to try to change this dude's behavior.

I'm 100% positive if ESPN went off the air tomorrow, that 90% of this board would go into deep depression and start crying.

For a team that won the same amount of championships as we did, the Detroit Bad Boys got way too much press.
I also blame the Rockets owner , Leslie Alexander.

He NEVER promoted the Rockets then like when we got Yao. I mean that dude acted like he was Tommy Lee and when we got Yao, he got Pamela Anderson

We won't see it Tinman. We know how ESPN is.

They want to live in an alternate universe where the NBA shut down for TWO years while Jordan retired. We know it's not the truth but it's their truth.

The only time we'll see the Rockets in a documentary is when Curry's Warriors get one. We'll get a nod of respect as one of their rivals and that's about it.

Olujuwon prides himself on simply being ambassador for the game.

Olujuwon move to Canada was just another pilgrammage for the diplomat.

Remembered that, although men soccer wasn't popular, hosting a WC in the Americas once in a long while was still somewhat huge.

All the Latin Americans, South Americans, Africans, Asians and Euros would come.

Brazilians hoisting the trophy, pretty sweet.

If Corona erases all basketball for 2020, and after Bird, Magic, Shaq and who ever else get theirs, THEN, maybe, I could see it.

Its got a better chance right now than it has, or will for some time because Corona has everybody focused on the past given there is no present basketball. Still, I give it only a 2% chance.

Dude do you ever research anything before start blabbering?
    @Jontro

The Sports Illustrated Cover Issue is this:

    1. In 1994, the Knicks were going to be on the cover for winning the championship, this was confirmed.
    2. The Rockets won, so Sports Illustrated instead put that they won in a small space up top but put SOCCER which was NOT POPULAR
in the United States as their cover. Clearly showing that they displeased the Rockets won instead of the Knicks.
    3. In an unprecedented move, EVERY HOUSTON SPORTS FAN CANCELED THEIR SUBSCRIPTION , which forced them to put out ANOTHER ISSUE where the Rockets were on the COVER.

You are the proof that nobody knows anything about the Rockets here

    Bro,

You need to explain this, cause 99% of the people here have ZERO CLUE what this means.
