Olajuwon's appearance in the 1986 Finals doesn't count because:
    • Rockets abused the draft rules in 1983 and 1984 before the lottery was implemented.
    • Olajuwon should have been suspended for off-the-court issues for allegedly punching a convenience clerk in May 1986. (https://www.upi.com/Archives/1986/0...Olajuwon-accused-of-punching-a/8241515304000/)
    • The backcourt was using drugs and should have been suspended.
    • But most importantly... Michael Jordan did not play a full season! He only played 18 games that season. And started only 7 games! Hence, the 1986 finals never happened.

the media narrative was olajuwon was too inexperienced.

Ralph Sampson remind me on Karl Anthony town in the 2018 rockets timberwolves series. Overrated.
