Went to one before in Wilmington, DE. Uninspiring, overcooked and overpriced.

    Waste of seafood

Try the Morton's on Union Square. Much better.

So is Castagnola's in Fisherman's Wharf! Their clam chowder is out of this world.

Given the OP's avatar of a huge pot leaf, I guess it's no surprise he missed all of the other Tillman threads.

No big loss, Joe's is sort of a Gen-X Smashmouth Red Lobster. If you're on the coast there is no excuse to go to one of these places.

I never been to a eat out place with bad seafood. Because seafood has to be specially prepared to be eat out worthy so yeah a bland or bad seafood dining experience would be my first.

Joe's Crab Shack is typical mediocre Tilman fare.

My wife and I ate there once. Spent near $40 for two people. We bought and split a large bag of Dorito's on the way home because we left the restaurant hungry.

I hate it when restaurants give you small portions. Saltgrass is another example. 10 years ago we ate there on the Riverwalk and were kinda okay with it, prices not great but we were full. Seven years later we eat at a Saltgrass and the sweet potato side can fit in my palm.

I read it as Tribbles for Tilman. And that had me instantly interested. For all we know, Tribbles have taken over the Toyota center.

"Trump just called Tilman Fertitta, the billionaire restaurant and Houston Rockets owner, "my guy" and said the two of them used to be referred to as "the twins""
