There is no way that Hunter is faster or more explosive than Anderson.

And Anderson is a dog on defense where he smothers and gets under skin of the NBA's best including:

Marcus Morris, Kyrie Irving, Dwyane Wade, Oladipo, etc.

Anderson is better athlete and defender than Hunter. It's not even close.

But more importantly, Anderson is a 3-4 who can can switch 1-5 while Hunter is a guard and can only defend guards.

RJ Hunter is a poor comparison.

My coworker just said, Rockets have 5th highest payroll next season.

if Tilman doesn’t want to pay luxury tax for PJ or RoCo, and can’t afford the core, rebuild the team.

Here is Bolden switching on Lowry.

    https://pickandroll.com.au/how-jonah-bolden-has-broken-out-in-the-nba/

    On LaMarcus Aldridge.

    On Durant.

Are you seeing the likeness to RoCo yet?

Why third party your opinion? State the name of your coworker; or get your coworkers to open an account for him/herself; or just state it as fact.

We are talking about minimum contract players here. Why would the front office burn the picks to bring in Covington? Covington makes less than Capela, too. They may very well trade Tucker because they can’t afford him but that will be at the trade deadline if at all because they can’t afford not to have him either. But yet again, this another tread topic not this one.

Ask your coworker for some names of some cheap solutions to help fix our front court or come up with some on your own.

    only respect to you.

No, I don’t see RoCo when looking at Bolden

I believe he can be right there defensively vs taller players like Aldridge and Durant. But I need to see the switch
on Lowry and then Lowry clear the side. In that video and Raptor was in the corner which allowed for a defender
on both sides of Bolden. Bolden just had to backtrack from the edge of the paint. He did recover enough
to block the mid range shot.....but I’m looking for defense moving side to side as well. Not just in a line back
and forward. Bruno looked tremendous vs Antetokounmpo this past summer before the season.

I yield my time to the gentleman from the Sacramento area. Much respect to you D-rock, I just hope you don’t
dive into that pool without knowing there is water or not. Take care.

Think we need a C imo. Just to take the beating in the regular season. Tucker can play C for the postseason. But a shooting C like Baynes would be awesome.

Amile Jefferson is always interesting but still can’t shoot from outside. Mobile big that can definitely defend and rebound. He is a smart player (Duke captain for 3 years) that could log minutes when Westbrook sets and be a lob treat for Harden. Similar to skills set to Capela; but he is on a nothing contract with the Magic.

What RoCo provides is so underrated to team success.

    Same with PJ.

What happened to Bolden this year?

his rookie year was promising and he got better as the season went on.

    then basically useless this year?

Too many true 5's (Embiid, Horford, O'Quinn, Pelle) this season in Philly so he was let go. Not much of an opportunity with Suns, especially on just a 10 day.

Rockets do not need a true 5. They need a big forward that can switch 1-5 (defend rim & perimeter) AND also skilled enough to put ball on floor to attack basket, pass, shoot 3ball, rim run, etc.

At 6'9 with 7'3 wingspan, and above skillset, I believe Bolden can be helpful. His nasty attitude is a plus.

I want a legit big man who can shoot the three, protect the paint and switch on to perimeter on d.

    Not available this season.

And those players do not come cheap. Rockets are cap strapped next season too.

This is how explosive Justin Anderson is.

Nets were smacking Giannis around. So much he tucked tail after first half.

Nets used the same mentality as Houston to beat the Bucks

    21-57 from three

Justin Anderson was a plus one in 15 mins

How about our boy Chris Chiozza being plus 17 in 31 minutes. Wow.
