I guess the retrumplicans would rather have lots more Americans get sick and die... just to reduce unemployment. See, I can strawman too...

I know it's a liberal utopia to get a government check to stay at home and not have to to go to work, but it can't last forever. After all this is America where all American's should have the right to stay at home or open their businesses if they choose. It's what made America great.

Besides since more Retrumplican's don't wear mask and tend to go out more wouldn't they be more likely to get infected and die? More conservatives tend to hang out with each other as well which would increase their spread. Less Trump voters would be good for the left.

You don't have the right to do whatever you want in the middle of a declared emergency. Your individual actions affect society.

Do you have the right to hoard supplies?

Do you have the right to loot opened and unprotected stores?

Going back to the standard: Do you have the right to yell 'fire' in a crowded room?

    etc...etc...etc...Yay America?

But its only retrumplicans that want more people to die. Blue states are instead trying to help rid America of COVID-19 by stay-in-place. Unfiortuantely, spoiled retrumplicans are demanding trips to the beauty parlor and nail salons and can't abide by the one thing that seems to be working.

okay, you won the absurdist strawman game. Proud?

that ain’t any form of “liberal utopia” unless you have your AM radio on real loud.

I swear that if a democrat was in office the republicans would be trying to shut down the the economy and blame the dems for the deaths. Just the world we live in.

A majority of Republicans also believe it's too early to lift stay-at-home orders.

These protests are from a very small, very vocal minority.

R leaders have been doing that since he was elected. It's Republican Americans who are polling against lifting the orders.

No one wants anyone to die. Get real. Show me some evidence where the blue states "stay at home" is helping.

On another note, my hair is long enough for a mullet at this point. Just need to shave the sides.

    Fox News says:

The majority of Democrats and Republicans think current restrictions where they live are about right, but Republicans are roughly four times as likely as Democrats to think restrictions in place go too far — 22 percent to 5 percent.

More Democrats than Republicans, meanwhile, think restrictions don’t go far enough, 33 percent to 19 percent.
    ...
The majority of Americans surveyed -- 56 percent -- believe it is unlikely conditions will be safe enough to lift the current restrictions.
    ...
On the other end of the spectrum, 16 percent of Americans think it’s very or extremely likely that their areas will be safe enough in a few weeks for the restrictions to be lifted, while 27 percent think it’s somewhat likely.

The poll finds 59 percent of Republicans say it’s at least somewhat likely that their areas will be safe enough for reopening in just a few weeks, compared with 71 percent of Democrats who say it is unlikely. Still, even among Republicans, just 27 percent say that’s very likely.

None. But the polls are what the polls are. A large majority of Americans, including a majority of Republicans, are against reopening. Republican leaders are too scared to cross Trump because they've seen what happens when someone does.
