Is it your view that the publicly reported information would somehow convince a panel of jurors to find beyond a reasonable doubt that the sexual assault occurred as alleged? Hint - there is only one answer to this question. If you think the evidence is sufficient to support a conviction, please explain. This doesn’t mean the incident occurred or didn’t occur. Only two people know the truth.
