I agree in general that there are more important things than living. Blithely creating a national health disaster in the vain hope of maintaining an economic status quo just doesn't happen to be one of those things.

I don’t disagree with his sentiment and of course it can be taken out of context to sound worse. As long as science isn’t being ignored, I understand the urge for a soft re-opening

You could send that message that without sounding like a walking POS.

I wonder how Boomers are reacting to this. Storming to the capitals as we speak? Or worried about dem Death Panels?

It still makes me shake my head in befuddlement that a sports talk radio host is Lieutenant Governor and people take him seriously. Rich Lord must be eyeing that Railroad Comissioner job right about now.

I don't know, 'Doo. Jesus sacrificing for the economy? I think we're definitely going Old Testament here.

(Which is why I think so many evangelical types are part of an open-secret denomination called "Christians without Christ".)

"Libety" is on old slang word, commonly used in the tailor park. "Tranny" means train like.

My significant other had to work with him back when she was a state executive. He’s been very consistent. Like the governor, a walking, talking, screwed up embodiment of the Peter Principal.
