President Trump seems to use a higher than average amount of exclamation points.

On another note.... is everyone having fun yet?.... because this is just the start in the USA and world.... we are in the early days of the most significant world event since the Second World War.

A double win for trump: he and stephen miller finally get to stop immigration and he distracts from his failures in responding to the Pandemic.

Sure, it's an obvious sign that trump and his advisers saw the need for a hail Mary play to the base, but the real effect...

Former acting chief of staff publicly said the us is hurting for skilled immigrants. Not stealing herbs, but filling shortages.

Oh well, we in the beginnings of a recession... all the better to feel xenophobic and distrustful!

Between the Senate, Supreme Court and COVID19; the President can do anything he wants.

Depending on the exact wording and effect, I do not have an issue with a temporary suspension of immigration under the circumstances of a pandemic.

He'll probably try to sign an executive order declaring him president for life.

If it's like the Muslim ban it will be Saudi Arabia.

With Smithfield going down and several other meat processing plants in trouble we are going to see higher meat prices. Most of those plants are staffed by immigrant labor. It's one reason why Austin, MN where Hormel is has one of the largest Hispanic populations in the Minnesota.

This is straight politics and nothing to do with safety. He’s baiting the Democrats into a false choice between immigration and safety...even if he couldn’t actually care less about the safety aspect.

It's a brilliant and **** move at the same time by the GOP. With tweets/decisions like this, they're maximizing their benefits from this pandemic and it might get Trump reelected as well. They're playing the political game at a better level than the democrats.
