Chase online is down at the moment, I wonder if this has something to do with the stimulus dropping -- I was able to login and briefly saw my balance before it gave the "site unavailable" message, it appeared that my stimulus was there
$4400 this morning. $600 more from wife on unemployment. Funny thing is she only worked 10-15 hours a week. Plus bosses guaranteed my bonus for a few months at a high rate (7000 monthly) so im actually better off (time being) in Corona works.
Cleverly disguised "I make more than $200K/year" thread. Butt seriously... Is this the reason the Chase website has been down all day? And why my actual refund is taking so long?
Anyone have success with the PPP loan? I will spare the details, but BoA has been awful. I'm done with them once this is all over.
My parents and in-laws are elligible but haven't received anything yet. When I check online it says nothing is available at the moment in terms of status. Hoping it's just a glitch and they get theirs soon enough. Father in law is self employed and filed for Unemployment but he hasn't got a single dime or any of the 600, hopefully they back date it because I know they had to change their system to accomodate for something that is new like this. Chase website says: We’ve posted all the government stimulus direct deposits we will receive this week. We urge you to go to the IRS site(Opens Overlay) and click on "Get My Payment" to find out about your payment.
Checked my bank account. Showed about $700 less than the last time I checked. I was thinking wtf I didn’t buy anything lately. Saw that I got the $1,200 but forgot mortgage was due around this time which also happened to came out today.
It is a "stimulus" check after all, so we might as well stimulate the economy. I got a small check for my wife and I, I've already let her know I am donating it because we don't need the money and there are others or organizations that could use it. She was upset since she is cheap ass hell and just wants to have money put away.
Thanks. I got fed up and went through PayPal. They processed everything in 12 hrs (still too late as funding has just dried up). BoA has had about two weeks. BoA is making some people go into the branches to verify information in person. For a pandemic loan. During a pandemic. And these are existing customers. Hopefully congress adds more to fund, I read there are 700,000 small business with pending applications.
That's awful, I think congress will add more funds, just make sure to catch any news in case they make you resubmit anything at PP. During the housing market crash (and I know other banks were doing this too) they basically kept stalling on the whole "help/home affordable" program. The lawsuits/fines they received were nothing compared to the amount of lives they destroyed, ie making it seem like everything was fine with a partial payment while moving ahead with the foreclosure. I fortunately was in a much better spot at the time, and saved my home and at first chance refinanced and moved all my accounts elsewhere. I know it wasn't a lot to them, but it made me feel better at least. Stay strong on this, I hope you get some good news, if not, don't give up.
