We need pass rush, but there's not much there. Baun or Terrell Lewis. I'm really warming on Lewis.

We HAVE to grab another WR with potentially two or three guys leaving next year. Hell, I like Pat's draft in grabbing two. Give me Gandy-Golden in the fourth (if available), and someone like Prosche in the 7th.

Really like Agim in the fifth.

I also really like Derek Tuszka in the seventh as a developmental pass rusher. Reminds me of Bryan Braman.

    Jeremiah this morning:

    HOUSTON TEXANS

» Round 2: No. 40 overall (from Cardinals) -- Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah
» Round 3: No. 90 -- Jordan Elliott, DT, Missouri

After dealing one of their second-round picks for Brandin Cooks, the Texans can lock in on adding cornerback help and re-stocking their defensive line. Johnson has the traits and balls skills the Texans are looking for at cornerback. Elliott plays with good toughness and disruption along the interior. He should help fill the hole left by the departure of D.J. Reader in free agency.

Who do you think will fall?

Think WR is a possbility with the depth of the class but think the highly rated pass rushers will be long gone. Think there is a decent chance a pretty good CB is available if there is a big run on WR as well.

This is some good stuff. I'd like to see what this chart has been in past drafts.

So Texans have focused heaviest on RB, OL and EDGE.

I sure do hope Epenesa is there at 40. But history tells me I should prepare for a team to jump in front of us to take him .. leaving our inept FO to reach for the next player on their board.

I've resigned myself to the fact that I'm going to spend the entirety of Chase Claypool's career accidentally calling him Les Claypool.

Not a fan of his, just not much explosiveness. Technically sound and hustles but not enough athleticism imo

Devin Duvernay “flying up the draft boards” per Kiper. Newest mock has him going to the Rams with yes, the 57th pick.

You could very well be right.
I would be very happy with either NOAH IGBINOGHENE or JAYLON JOHNSON at #40.

3 edge guys that should be there at #40, but with some luck 1 might drop to #90.
    JABARI ZUNIGA - FLORIDA
    ALTON ROBINSON - SYRACUSE
    DARRELL TAYLOR - TENNESSEE

    At #111
    JONATHAN GARVIN - MIAMI (FLA.)

    7th rd flyer
    OLUWOLE BETIKU JR. - ILLINOIS
