Looks like it will generally bomb. Sad thing is they could have easily gotten celebrities to do this which would have had an element of curiosity at least. But pay per view showed this is boring as all get out. So that's just not gonna change without high production value, and that aint happening. I give them credit for trying, and they'll get some eyes, but some things are better left 4 dead.
Bite size web clips ok, a pass for me. I rather just play in my own driveway, read a book or assemble furniture or something.
Well, they're hundreds or thousands of miles apart, so they've got that covered (in separate facilities, seems like each players home gym)
Cant wait to see the Nielsen rating for this gem. I was flipping channels and caught one shot from Conley and one shot from Tamika Catchings. I was done with that.
This nonsense was entirely unwatchable. They need to just cancel the season and lay low... this kind of crap only hurts the product in the long run.
I didn't watch because it sounded like an individuals all star game & I can't stand to watch all star games.
Its the only way to prop up a female athlete vs men. A stationary event. Did notice the girl cp3 was playing had a much cheaper goal that the backboard absorbed impact knocking back. Easier to make shots on that goal.watched a short montage of the event. So boring.
Seems like this would have been perfect for Harden. Nothing but offense, and he’s got all those tricky little moves. Running Side step, jump back, traveling step back, eurostep, tilt-a-whirl slam bam, rompa-stomp-flip-flop etc. etc.
That's about a perfect description of my thoughts on it...which I don't think is what the NBA was aiming for. 'NBA action...not quite bad enough to watch!'
