I've been using my Vitamix to make different kinds of vegan sauces.

Made some pretty good alfredo sauces and a cheese sauce using cashews. Not bad.

Pretty much all the same stuff I did before. Just a lot more of it.

    Oh it's there alright.

I've been grilling almost every day. Fajitas, cajun chicken pasta, wings, steak.

We're trying to eat healthy since we found ourselves stress eating last week. This weekend I actually cooked some well rounded meals. We've also been trying to Door Dash from a local (non chain) restaurant every 2-3 days to keep them going.

That literally looks like it tastes like garbage. Northeners have the worst food. Who dafuq puts mustard on mac and cheese?

It's like something you'd get in Liverpool.

I've been eating a lot of takeout to support local businesses. Have been on a big Indian kick the last two weeks. I got Butter Chicken earlier last week and then Tikka Masala a few days later. They were almost identical. Still good though.

Might get some dosa this weekend.

Got a Colombian breakfast this morning. Two eggs, sausage, fried yucca, black beans and an arepa.

Black eyed peas with smoked ham hocks and greens, jalapeno cornbread

Supposed to bring luck, we'll see.

Here are the ingredients I saw and tasted:
1st layer: Home Fries and Macaroni/mayo (very slippery macaroni and mayonnaise) a little celery and carrots in the macaroni (very little). No unusual taste with the macaroni, just like all the take out fillers we’ve ever had. The home fries are crisp and delicious just like homemade.

2nd Layer: Two hamburger patties medium well done covered with melted cheese, a mustard horseradish sauce, and then covered with chili hot sauce. The mustard horseradish sauce is delicious – more horsey than mustard in flavor. The hot sauce is like every ground beef hot sauce you can imagine. [I actually can't imagine this] Typical and very good. Not too hot, very zesty and rich.

There's just so, so much wrong with this. You could make a delicious Garbage Plate, but this ain't it.

There are many variations of the Garbage Plate, such as the Hot Dog Plate, the Hot Dog Burger Plate, and then there are versions with baked beans.

I swear. Houston has a terrible climate (summer heat) but Im really going to miss the food when I eventually move up north.
