Harden needs this mindset to take the next level and become the champion he wants to be. Like the overwhelming desire to win. Like the the ability to just will a victory. Force things into your own hands in the playoffs and finish things off. Once harden gets this mentality we will win the chip. Gotta have it from Tip and not let no ref come in the way
Please tell me what Lebron won prior to forming a super team? The only one that counts is 2016 in Cleveland.
had harden paid off the refs to win it all would you consider him a champion? if not, then how can you find anything missing or wrong with him now?
Heat shouldn’t have been down 3-2 to Boston in the 1st place winning a title is not as simple as Harden having a different mentality...it takes a team effort...coaching staff and all players must be locked in, and then we have to hope for no WCF game 7 fckery from the refs also, sometimes your team just isn’t good enough
The issue I have with posters here is pretending Harden has no flaws that if worked upon would help the team's chances to win a ring. I don't think Harden would win a ring with Kyrie as his running mate. 2018 CP3 was a more dependable player with significanltly better floor general abilities than Kyrie. LeBron could because he's a superior player especially when it comes to things like hustle and actually sprinting and hustling when needed in late game situations deep into a playoff series because he has the cardio conditioning that Harden doesn't have. Also, I'm not even sure if Harden could win a ring with past his prime Wade as the second best player which LeBron had for most of their team up. Harden had past his prime CP3 and prime Bestbrook. His running mate this season was a former MVP who has been playing some of the best basketball of his career this season and the team will barely win 50 games if the season continued while being significant underdogs to the Bucks, Lakers and Clippers. And no superteam Warriors as an excuse. Lebron has played for some tradionally shitty organizations in the Cavs and Heat. Harden has had one of the best GMs in the league for the past decade.
I do. And if you truly didn't care, you wouldn't reply anyways. Instead of "not care" I think it's more "angry".
Yes, he's consistently ranked as a top 5 gm in the league in almost any ranking for the past 7 years.
Could we get an explanation on how this SEASON has been one of Westbrook’s best ever? Are we not counting the first 30 games? This season, were it to not continue, would go down as one of Westbrook’s worst ever. Barely better than his first 2 seasons.
3rd highest scoring season of his career, highest efg% of his career and second highest ts% of his career.
Not to mention.... MVP season 30.4 PPG, .619 TS, .541 efg This season 34.4 PPG, .616 TS, .533 efg I wouldn’t say you have been arguing this is one of Harden’s best years....
