Maybe he is, it wouldn't be surprising a RB 5 years in is washed. Gurley may not be elite anymore but...

He's still better than Johnson. It's super likely that Johnson was a guy who just got hot at the right moment, under the right system and coach, he's only had one great year...

If we got Gurley and a 1st round draft pick I think a lot more people would be alright with the trade. I'd still disagree with it because I think you are better off drafting a RB or finding one off FA.

he's had chances at winning a ring being the alpha that he was.

you're measured by hardware with context. the context of horry with rings and absolutely nothing else on his resume isn't as great as you're making it seem. steve kerr is remembered as an elite floor spacer who was able to hit a clutch shot just like horry. A role player contributing where he can. Stop it with this horry is just on another level take

Tried to do that earlier in this thread, and you're right, really not a good look. You juxtapose that with what Oakland got for Mack and Cooper and you might get physically ill.

Why so? Don't you remember that absolute power corrupts absolutely?

I thought we were talking about Hopkins. You are right. Different strokes for different folks. But if Horry was one of the best all time with no championships, I bet he'd rethink that interview.

i mean it doesn't really matter. Hopkins is arguably the best wr in the league and has been. same thing applies. you posted elite alpha. both him and watson are elite

put Hopkins with Brady / Manning for his entire career and I’m sure he comes up with a few clutch plays.

Horry was a small piece to the puzzle.

    First off,
Hate the trade, got back peanuts.

But if 4 teams were in on this then what does that say about the trade value of DHop?

Did all 4 team colluded and made sure the best offer was these peanuts?

Did another team offer at least a 1st?

Not saying the GM is a genius, I call him an idiot from jump but something to think about.

Moments after this you get the monster trade for many picks for Diggs

    Hmmmmmm

Anybody see the instagram post from HoustonTexans with a message from BOB. He literally used NFL policies on Covid-19 that prohibits discussing free agency in order to protect himself from having to explain his actions. This is the most bizarre sh*t I have ever seen. How is this happening. I have never seen ANYONE do this bad and not get taken out for it.

Todd Gurley and Brandin Cooks for DHop, who says no? BOB because its too much for DHop, we need to send them a 1st as well as pay half of Dhops salary.
