    NBA Preferred Moving Games To Areas Not Impacted By COVID-19 Over Empty Arenas

    Before the NBA made the sudden decision to suspend its season on Wednesday, the Board of Governors were discussing dramatic options to continue the season amid a growing COVID-19 pandemic.

    One Governor downplayed the possibility of more teams playing in empty arenas as the Golden State Warriors had planned to do on Thursday.

    “We will move games to neutral courts in Idaho where there aren't any cases before we went to a nuclear option,” the high-ranking team official said.

    The discussed contingency plans became moot when Rudy Gobert tested positive and the league shut itself down immediately.

    I could honestly careless if these players are getting their gazillions on a timely basis. I'm more concerned about their health at this point. We played the jazz a couple weeks ago and I hope Harden and all the boys are getting tested.
