Many millennials are saying that the Rockets championships hold as much value as the Astro's.

"Jordan gifted them those 2 championships by retiring"

They can also burn in hell
And I would watch them burn
    And buy some marshmallows
Their screams would make me happy
    As I make some s’mores
I would high five the devil too
    Thanks dawg

The Rockets cheated to win both titles. They knew what plays were coming. ;)

that is blasphemy of the highest order

the Rockets’ titles are the most extravagant mansion in all the world, and the Astros’ title is an abandoned 1 story house at the end of a street corner in Detroit

Rockets made history, and didn’t have to cheat in order to do it

I do remember how Rockets came out as 6th seed and swept super power Magic. At that time, Rockets was unbeatable and Dream was the greatest. No one ever questioned the greatness of Clutch City Rockets, nor forget the greatness of Dream.
On the other hand, where does the hate here come from?

I blame non rockets fans and player only fans and how they only believe the media narratives.

amazing how millions of people saw MJ lose to Shaq in 95 and suddenly that part of history was erased because Max Kellerman said Jordan wasn’t there
    @Os Trigonum @Jontro

Somewhere the history and tradition for lost for the rockets
    That’s the former owners fault

Stuff like that doesn’t happen with the Lakers
LeBron is a better player than Kobe
But Laker fans revere Kobe more cause he won them titles

rockets fans should always believe their championship teams were pure

    Here's a view of a bulls fan:

I remember that like it was yesterday.

I watched live when he dropped 55 on the Knicks and it was like he never left. I was giddy like a little school girl.

But little did I know the heartbreak and humiliation the playoffs would bring.

For those that don't know, this sequence was traumatizing for an entire generation of kids:

We were not used to seeing Jordan like that. It was like seeing Mike Tyson get knocked out by Buster Douglas. It was almost unfathomable. There was mass sadness.

The Bulls would eventually find themselves down 3-2 in the series. But there was hope because Game 6 was back in Chicago. Elimination game. Playing at home. Jordan would absolutely have a great game and force Game 7 where he would ultimately triumph!

But Jordan didn't have a great Game 6.

The Bulls lost back-to-back games and was eliminated.

What made it worse was that Horace Grant got the last laugh in 1995. He feuded with the Bulls, said he was unappreciated and he didn't like MJ, so at that point he was a traitor.

But the Bulls couldn't be dominant again until they brought in someone that could fill Grant's role - enter Dennis Rodman.

So I guess what we really learned from 1995 was that Chicago needed their Big 3 (Jordan, Pippen, Rodman/Grant) or else it just wasn't going to work.

It may seem obvious to us now that Grant's inside game and rebounding muscle was important, but at the time Jordan did not believe that. MJ had previously criticized Grant for wanting more credit for winning and Jordan refused to give it to him.

A quote from Jordan the day that Horace Grant signed with Orlando:

But then this series against the Orlando Magic and Horace Grant happened and I believe it humbled MJ, allowing him to embrace Dennis Rodman, which was the key to success over the next three seasons.
i'll never forget it. i ran to my bedroom crying and tore down my shaq poster as soon as the series ended

You know what the saddest thing is here about this subject?

It's the Bulls fans, the real ones, who are POSTING THE HAKEEM YOUTUBE VIDEOS
They RESPECT HAKEEM more than these DUMB NEWBS HERE!!!

i always found it funny that blind jordan lovers would raise this subject about winning in 94 and 95 and dream pretty much killed that theory.

    1. its not the rockets fault jordan was a gambling addict and was forced to sit out
    2. jordan fans were the most spoiled babies of all time
    3. rockets would have not got a fair share of calls if they played

Didn't the Bulls lose the Pistons and Celtics for years with Jordan?

JORDAN AND DREAM CAME OUT THE SAME YEAR.
HAKEEM MADE IT TO THE FINALS HIS SECOND YEAR AND JORDAN DIDN'T.
    FACT.

The opinions of "many millenials" about the 90s Rockets and Bulls are about as valid as me giving my opinion about Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain. They don't know what they are talking about.

As Dream so succintly mentioned in the OP's video. Jordan was there in 95. "They BEAT them."
