Agreed he hasn’t had a deep roster ever since he has been here, but Morey has put talent around him so that excuse only holds so much water for me me. Howard turned out to be a selfish prick but conversely James never tried too hard to make that work form what we’ve heard and saw in court, CP3 seemed injured at just the wrong points in time, but it’s not like it’s been James alone out there ... some of the issues with other players were on him too. It’s got to be hard playing with a guy who is so ball dominant like he can be cause you never know if you are going to get much play on the ball, game in and game out, that has been the elephant in the room sometimes with him.

I agree also he has had to shoulder an inordinate amount of the load but he has to an extent put that on himself and yet often fails to deliver when it matters most so if it’s been because he is burning himself out then he needs to try to figure out how to balance that better at this point he isn’t a 20 something year old kid now. Yes McHale and MDA have run him ragged but he has allowed it to an extent. I love his commitment to playing but he’s got to realize if he is out there playing like ass he isn’t but helping the team much at all. He says he is the best player on the planet yet often fails to measure up Fiennes to his weaknesses that he won’t work on fixing imo.

So it’s Westbrook’s fault since you think he is the MVP right?

Lol if Harden were traded to a east or west coast team his game would automatically be respected more and it would be easier for him to get over the hump for political reasons. As far as him in a Rockets uniform from the jump he overachieved and now what we expect of him is too much for him... not because he isn't good enough it's because within he's not built for it. He has no switch or motor that can take him to that kill zone. He will always stay within a comfort zone... whatever he gives that day or that game is all he will give you. More so than not it won't be enough and sometimes it will be plain disappointing. All we can hope for is Westbrook getting there and Gordon along with Covington becoming championship level role players.

I am a very unbiased person and hold everyone to equal standards

So yes, if Russ has some bad games then he should be held accountable

It’s only a few bad games so don’t panic yet. I think he will come around

    Morey fault.

    This is not championship bench.
For now, you can only expect MDA to overachieve in playoffs.

    Tilman expectation on MDA.

The numbers say you are correct....

    Season
    Harden and Westbrook : +6.7
    Harden NO Westbrook : +8.4
    Westbrook NO Harden : -0.6

    Last 15 games
    Harden and Westbrook : +9.5
    Harden NO Westbrook : +8.6
    Westbrook NO Harden : -5.4

We are a garbage non playoff team when Harden sits. We are really good when he plays.

The easieset gimmick this team can work into their offense is point forward sets. It seems that Danuel House is prime for the point forward position after House made that blow-by move on lou williams late in the fourth!

Basically if the team is not set up for that four corner, spread box early then they should try to whip it quickly to House and let him create on any miss-match.

If draymond green can run point forward, why not Danuel House at the point forward.

Actually they sell the center, no one helps harden to grab rebounds after his missing 3 points. Previously Harden miss over half of 3 points, there are caplea grabs his missing shots rebounds. caplea can alley loop too

It's time to manage the beard. Both first, Harden must cut that damm beard! Show the world you trying to do anything possible for better luck!

I think it's more evident than ever now! Harden has slipped and if he can be what he once was again, we just don't know. But for us to get to a Championship we need more of this
