i fear the bucks way more than i fear the clippers. we matched up well before we even got ROCO. now, i like our chances even more.

My biggest fear is this team pushing through adversity when it comes..

Having the mental to get through when it goes bad. Wb and harden are boys but when it gets hot is harden going to be able to handle wb yelling at him on national tv? Will house be ok with that same grilling? Has pj tucker had enough of your shi*t and his shi*t etc?

A team that matches well that gives them a a hard time ..or beats the rockets soundly not 1 but 2 games..when the rockets face that 3rd time and it gets tough are they going to fight through it or implode?

That is the concern.
And injury of course

 

I dont wanna hear about 1 or 2 losses a series... i want the clean sweeps throughout the playoffs...

Haha fair. Even stretches of adversity in playoffs. Are they going to fight through it or implode? Will that amount to a loss?

I think in this respect there arent too many gritty teams or feared teams.

Rockets are very lucky in that sense

 

it's easy until the elite teams find things that counter or disrupt this unconventional lineup the rockets put out. Boston the 2nd time around found some things on sat. It's going to be interesting to see what the likes of the rest of the better teams try in their next meeting. And then how the rockets respond. those are the true measures on how far this can really go. right now, things are looking up

 

Harrell can't guard the perimeter against our players effectively. Don't give him too much credit

 

Scared of... Harrell? Lulz. I'm worried about LAC, but not at all because of Harrell. Teams will realize you cant attack our paint with bigs in the post, but you CAN attack our paint with guys that can HOOP. Like... Kawhi, PG & Lou.

 

Only scrubs have career games against the Rockets, so it Reggie Jackson and Shamet are the goes that I'm worried about.

 

If we can scheme Harrel where we he becomes a minus on the floor, they will take him out. Bruno could be interesting... he hasn’t gotten much burn in the system and I doubt MDA has any faith in him.

 

Harrell isn't the clips best player but hes definitely going to be a significant presence out there with the rockets lineups

 

Yeah, seems Russ gets a lot of no foul calls looking at how much body contact he gets going to the rim, posting up, what not. He’s gonna have to keep his cool against Beverly.

 

I mean,, I would be a lil scared of lakers and bucks..
they’re built to stop us. Bigs that can switch and bully us. Just gotta hope the 3s fall

 

the lakers were built to beat conventional lineups bc they want to match up with size since they want to play big. they definitely didn't account for what the rockets are doing. actually nobody did for that matter

 

Defense, ball movement and rebounding by committee will always keep us in the game. Small ball can take up a lot of stamina though.
