Yes of course. It took years to find out what serious consequences SARS left to recovered people. However China had in isolation more than 20.000 recovered patients of all ages. There are now more "resolved" cases (recoveries + deaths) then active cases, which is interesting. The number of active cases went down by a couple thousand despite many new cases due to the number of recoveries in China. That feels like a good thing... probably meaningless though.

There's also three confirmed cases in California. One of them was in a hospital with respiratory illness prior (Feb 15th) to the evacuees even landing at Travis AFB (Feb 16th), and the hospital didn't have her quarantined, immediately, because she is a chronically ill elderly woman who, I guess, presents a lot.
