Trump is the enemy of the American people. Not the first time I've said it in this thread. I can't wait till he's out of office and gets whatever is coming to him. Not sure how the guy can sue anyone for libel when his Twitter feed is damaging enough to his reputation. And I was always under the assumption that libel implied that there was a positive reputation about someone that was brought down by someone else. No positive reputation here...
Is this crazy, er, important enough to have its own thread? It sues the NYT for an opinion piece yet sues it for its "news reporting". And it sures the NYT for something it published in March because of what was released in the Mueller Report in April. And the Mueller Report actually proved what the NYT wrote in March was actually true.
That’s what he Does he sues. He knows he has no shot. He is doing this punitively. Lawsuit are a tool he uses to bully and punish people.
You'd think that the courts are busy enough without frivolous lawsuits like this. I'd only wish the NYT was able to get trump in court on this...
