Portland had to sign Carmelo after McCollum had went down early in November. It was a no brainier. Portland will make the playoffs!

No he hasn't. He's putting up the worst offensive numbers of his career. He's been generally poor offensively with a few good games few and far between.

Ranked by scoring efficiency Carmelo finds himself at 110th out of those 117 players. His offensive efficiency is well below league average and his volume is above league average. He has been a bad offensive player. And it’s been bad for years now.
You don't have to reply to every anti-melo comment, you know. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm not trying to demean you when I make fun of Melo. I just don't like how the media salivates over a play in a game where the Blazers got blown out. Melo doesn't fit in our system, and in my opinion is no longer capable of being a starter (or even playing heavy minutes) on any team looking to make a deep playoff run. I don't really feel strong emotions over anything Melo does, at this point...he's not a Rocket anymore and barely ever was one.
Caramel putting up numbers? I am fine with that. A Lakers - Blazers 1st rounder would be a much better matchup than a Lakers-Memphis one. Morant isn't experienced. McCollum and Lillard were good last year.

A blazers Lakers series will be a quick 4-0 Sweep with Melo playing. Lakers will abuse Melo on defense if Blazers are stupid enough to actually have him out there lol. Melo is going get isolated and murdered just like he was when he was in OKC.
Rockets cut Melo because he sucked on offense and defense. No surprise that the team started playing better as soon as Rockets dumped his ass. I have no idea WTF Rockets were thinking adding that loser to the team.
If you look at his numbers, Melo is pretty much back to his OKC form, which was pretty bad. But now nobody can say that Westbrook is holding him back.
