Sorry for the bump of this thread....returning to buyout thread

Brad Turner tweeted Markieff Morris will speak to representatives of Lakers. Interested in Toronto and Houston
    as well.

They are still combustible and not just talking about criminal case when he and his twin beat up a former HS coach for making an inappropriate tweet.

I am talking about a pattern of behavior on the court year in and year out.

It's fine if directed at opposition but if he goes after MDA, Russ or Harden - heck anyone on our team, it will kill our season.

The twins are unstable, ticking timebombs. I relish having an enforcer, a junkyard dog, on team. But that dog cannot be biting off hand that feeds it.

I want the lakers to get him. He's a black hole and thinks he's better than he really is. He's a less talented Dwight. I am hoping Al Horford gets bought out!

Don't care. Soft on the court, loud off it. Poor rebounder and shotblocker (which negates his value as a big). Inefficient scorer. Mediocre defender.

Let the Lakers have him, would love for him to be on the court as a playoff opponent.

Not sure if anyone has posted Harkless (recent) news on CF’s. If so then just disregard

I prefer Tristan Thompson and Andre Jordon. When will they buyout, I only know Raptors last year trade is excellent, that is why Morey should think about how to upgrade and pay for the tax this year.

I've never liked his game either. Doesn't seem to play hard. Doesn't move very well.

I stopped counting on Harkless leaving the Knicks just prior the the All Star break. I figured that train was not
    leaving the station.

Houston can pay his salary 3.5 M and trade him without waiting for buyout, but it is better ask whether he wants to join.

He’s not a poor rebounder, he gets close to 20% DREB every year these last few seasons which is great for a PF

Houston can use trade exceptions to recruit him without waiting the frozen period and use the remaining money to take Cousins.

I know MDA likes shooting and speed,, however the Lakers waived Cousins.

I would think about picking him up even if it's just to trade him next yr. If he could be at least sold as healthy he could still be valuable in the NBA trade market.

He is injured and needs rehab for his ACL. There is no way that he can contribute anything this season.

Morris twins going to LA teams, this **** writes itself.

Everyone knows NBA is about to rig it so those teams meet in the WCF for ratings.

He's not helping LA win a championship. They don't need him. They have 4 bigs already. Lebron, AD, Dwight, and Shaqtin. Morris can't defend or rebound so he's going to be a liability on Harden and Westbrook Island. He's also not big enough to take advantage on the offensive end against any of our switch defenders. Harden, Tucker, and Rob will literally shut him down in the post.
